Briefly after Mr. Doddridge’s live interview, PIX11-WPIX TV News asked Mr. Doddridge to conduct an actual demonstration for the purpose of comparing traditional wood framing to manufactured wood framing when subjected to fire.
After the tragic Edgewater, New Jersey fire in January of 2015, David Doddridge was contacted by PIX11-WPIX TV News in New York City and asked to conduct a live interview related to light weight wood building materials, such as those used in the construction of the Avalon on the Hudson luxury apartment complex.
One week after Mr. Doddridge’s first interview with KCBS news radio in San Francisco, Mr. Doddridge was asked to conduct a second interview to lend further insight as to the cause of this tragic occurrence.
